  Costa Vida always aims to please. Never have I been turned away for food not being ready or running out of ingredients. The employees are very kind and if they make a mistake they own up to it and apologize. They will have enough my business over cafe rio any day. Food is just as good if not better than cafe rio and cheaper, bigger portions. I will make sure all my family and friends come here.

  Fast, friendly, custom service, while you watch. This is one of my very favorite places to eat in Cedar City because even if there is a line you aren't waiting very long, and the food is fresh and delicious!

  Horrible customer service!! Thanks to the girl running the drive through window, I won't be returning to Costa Vida. I was a frequent customer not only for myself, but for catering for my company. I was trying to place an order, when she became very rude. I chose to ignore it and proceeded to the window. As I pulled up to the window, I could hear her very clearly complaining to her coworkers about me through the window. I was beyond appalled. I shared this with family and friends to let them know how Costa, likes to treat their frequent customers.

  Really enjoy the food. The atmosphere is nice for a fast food restaurant and is usually very clean.
